I cannot create anything new by remaining immersed in the old.
I must move forward, letting go of what holds me back or no longer serves my highest good.
I walk a spiritual path.
I can’t expect change if there is no change within me.
I shift my thoughts to lift myself out of the mundane into a new position of positive energy.
It always begins with me, and turning towards G-d assists me in the changes that need to occur.
